They are shaped by talented craftsmen in Stoke-on-Trent, many of whom have been shaping china for over 50 years. These talented artisans work tirelessly bringing our creations to life, and we couldn't be more grateful that that they do.

Behind every candle lies a real Muse, an elusive and alluring woman who has inspired & motivated the creative proccess.

The illustration to the right is inspired by Dora Maar, one of the many muses & lovers of Picasso. Lauren works with her pen to capture the spirit of such muses and hopes that through her candles, others will be able to express their own attitude & spirit.  

Every LDC candle comes accessorised with a stylish lid, carefully handmade in our delightful Noting Hill studio. Using the most exquisite trimmings we can possibly source (along with some very nimble fingers) we pick, sew, trim and polish these small creations to perfection.

It’s a time consuming process getting these little details just so. But of course, we wouldn't have it any other way.

All of our fragrance oils are formulated from the highest of quality ingredients.

We work with care to encapsulate fragrances that are beautiful, yet unknowable and full of personality. Naturally, all fragrance oils are added at the highest dose to achieve an elevated scented experience.
